CV
Kai Wang
Hi, I’m Kai, a graphic designer. My work spans brand identity, editorial design, motion graphics, web design, and posters. In recent years, I’ve focused primarily on exploring dynamic visual language.
I believe that form should grow out of content. Design comes to life when it responds to the meaning it conveys. At Champions Design in New York, I refined my systematic approach to design and deepened my understanding of the relationship between form and content. I enjoy finding breakthroughs and variations within constraints, and I am continually drawn to the poetry created through space, rhythm, and pause.
Currently, I am pursuing an MFA in Graphic Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). I received a BFA in Graphic Design from the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in Beijing.
